Duininck Golf Facility Delano, MN

The new golf maintenance facility has an approximate 12,400 SF footprint.  The structure is single-story with a partial mezzanine.  Precast insulated wall panels create the exterior of the building with solid precast wall panels dividing the main rooms.  Double tee beams frame into the wall panels and L-beam to make the mezzanine floor and roof systems. TD&H Engineering designed precast panels, double tees, beams, and columns for gravity and lateral loads, as well as their respective connections.
