Life Time Athletic is a three-story fitness and activity center in Bridgewater, NJ. TD&H provided precast concrete specialty engineering and drafting for the intermediate precast concrete shear wall building. The building’s main structure is comprised of steel framing and concrete over steel deck floors. TD&H completed delegated design for the precast concrete components, erection drawings, shop fabrication tickets, lifting, handling and erecting design, and construction field support.
