TD&H provided a wide array of Civil and Structural Engineering Services for the Mobile Source Air Toxins (MSAT) Project, which included survey, geotechnical, environmental, hydrologic, hydraulic, drainage, fire suppression, structural, team coordination, bidding, value engineering, submittal reviews, construction inspection, contractor pay requests, performance testing, final inspection and warranty follow-up. Structural steel framing for new pipe racks and equipment, as well as large foundation systems for process towers, heater units, pressure vessels, and elevated fin-fans and other systems. The project was fast-paced and required working closely with the owner and contractor to address conflicts with existing equipment and structures that were discovered both during the design and construction phases.
