Mid Level to Senior Level Civil Engineer

The Lewiston, ID, office of TD&H Engineering has an immediate job opening for a licensed Professional Engineer with at least 5 years of engineering experience to take a lead role in managing a variety of civil engineering projects. This position has the potential to grow into a high level management position for the right candidate. This could be an opportunity to prove yourself and move up the ladder in a well-respected professional organization.

Job responsibilities include leading design, coordination with clients, and developing and managing projects, project schedules, and budgets. The role will include technical oversite and mentorship of staff engineers. A general engineering background is desired and proven performance in transportation, water and wastewater projects is ideal.

Applicants must possess a good team attitude, strong communication skills, and a positive client focus. TD&H Engineering is a mid-sized civil/structural/geotechnical engineering firm with offices in Montana, Washington, Idaho, North Dakota, and Pennsylvania. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to noon. A typical work week will consist of 40 to 45 hours per week. The mid-level compensation range for this position is $75K to $90K per year. The senior level range will be higher, but final negotiated salary will be dependent on experience.
