These projects for the Spokane County Public Works involved design and plan preparation for the installation of new sewer services. The Glenview project included approximately 22,000 lineal feet of 8,10, and 12″ sewer mains serving 314 residences, and the Apple Valley project included 16,000 linear feet serving 318 properties. Engineering services included a full design effort, flow modeling, septic system inventory, topographic surveying, easement and right-of-way identification, traffic control planning, water district coordination, utility research, and funding assistance. Construction administration services included schedule development, cost estimating, bidding assistance, and construction document preparation. TD&H developed and distributed informational brochures to all affected homeowners and coordinated open house meetings to answer questions from the public.
