TD&H provided planning, design, and construction services for a second high school and renovation to the existing high school. TD&H provided planning services for the bond, and serves as the lead civil engineer performing design, geotechnical, surveying, transportation services, and construction administration and testing. On site design includes the school facility, site and exterior grounds improvements, and sidewalks. Off-site design, construction, and public infrastructure improvements included major arterial streets and roundabout design for both project sites.
