The challenge was to improve the continuity of the pathway while protecting the wetlands. TD&H completed the design for 1.6 miles of pathway along U.S. Highway 95 from the City of Lapwai north to Red Duck Lane. Work included excavation and embankment, construction of MSE retaining walls, base, and paving and signage.
