Jayco Subdivision and Lift Station Design and Construction

TD&H Engineering was chosen by Jayco to assist with the design and construction of 160-acre industrial park, of which 70 acres was utilized for Jayco Travel Trailers. The project scope included a hydraulic analysis of the area, design of a duplex lift station, designing 8,500 feet of wastewater collection system, design of approximately 11,000 feet of water main, 8,500 feet of residential and collector streets, 17,000 feet of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, and construction management.
