Jerry has provided detailed engineering and oversight to numerous building structures. His design expertise includes low-rise & mid-rise commercial, residential, educational and industrial projects and the restoration of building parking structures. He has experience with the design of steel, cold-formed metal, aluminum, timber, masonry, reinforced concrete and precast concrete materials. He enjoys complex structural renovations of existing buildings that cause him to provide innovative solutions to achieve his client’s expectations without compromising the ultimate safety and performance of the existing structure.
