Andrew Cooper is a structural engineer in the Media, Pennsylvania office. He manages a team of engineers and designers working on projects throughout the United States. Andrew is TD&H’s precast concrete expert and is a member of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and a past member of the young professional’s group with the PCI Mid-Atlantic chapter. Andrew has a decade of extensive experience in precast concrete, having engineered over a hundred precast concrete buildings ranging from 3-4 story structures, parking garages, and warehouses, to various precast pieces such as culverts and architectural cladding panels. Andrew has facilitated projects from conception to completion meticulously handling gravity and lateral calculations, drafting erection and fabrication drawings, and analyzing precast members for lifting and handling during the shipping, trucking, and erection process.

Brady has comprehensive bridge experience with new bridge design, bridge widening, bridge replacement, bridge preservation, bridge feasibility studies, load ratings, gravity and seismic design, QC review, PS&E, and construction services. He is proficient with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges, and State DOT Bridge Manuals.

His expertise consists of medical and laboratory projects as well as industrial projects, data centers/ communications facilities, higher education campus infrastructure projects and central plants with more complex systems that benefit from his years of experience. Bucky is competent in all phases of project design and management including feasibility studies, cost estimation, construction administration, and inspection. Craig Nadeau is the lead geotechnical engineer for TD&H Engineering working out of our Great Falls, Montana office. Craig is licensed and manages geotechnical projects throughout Montana, North Dakota, Idaho, and Washington. Craig has been with TD&H Engineering since 2005 with work experience primarily in geotechnical engineering, geotechnical special inspections, and construction materials testing (CMT). Craig is experienced in managing a variety of large and small geotechnical and construction phase projects ranging from small residential and commercial structures to large industrial developments and municipal systems. Craig is experienced all phases of geotechnical evaluation ranging from the development of the initial site investigation plan and proposal through completion of the final geotechnical analysis and report and into construction phase services. Craig has specific experience in the analysis and evaluation of difficult subsurface soil conditions including expansive, collapsible, and liquefiable soils as well as several remediation and specialized foundations systems and alternatives to mitigate these risks.

Dave is a licensed mechanical engineer with design and project management experience in hospital additions, office buildings, shops, laboratories, central heating systems, and boiler and chiller plants. Areas of specialization include district steam and hot water heating and distribution systems, critical environments such as industrial and institutional systems, museums, and laboratories. In addition to his design experience, Dave has served on the NIH’s National/Regional Biological Containment Laboratory Site Selection Committee and served on the Montana Building Codes Council for 8 years. Dave is competent in all phases of project design and management including feasibility studies, cost estimation, construction administration, and inspection. His work experience includes residential, commercial and industrial land development, water, stormwater and wastewater system design, municipal permitting, urban street and county roadway design, public involvement, construction administration, and client liaison.

James holds a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from Penn State, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University, and is a former active-duty Air Force Civil Engineering Officer and U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology faculty member. James’ areas of specialization include muti-disciplinary project management, combined heat and power systems (CHP), central heating, cooling and distribution systems, life-cycle based energy analysis, and building heating and cooling loads modeling. Kelly oversees the accounting and HR departments at TD&H. He also directly assists the President and Corporate Treasurer with the firm’s financial operations. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate accounting and employee benefit programs, including all phases of payroll and the administration of an employee stock ownership plan. Kelly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with a minor in history from the University of Great Falls and has completed numerous undergrad accounting courses. He has served as the Secretary for the Great Falls, MT Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Kelly has been with TD&H since 2003.

Lee manages clients with dedication and responsiveness beginning with sound proposals with a clear view of project scope through solid design documents into construction completion. Matt is a dual registrant licensed in civil engineering and land survey and serves as the Regional Manager of the TD&H Engineering office in Watford City, ND. With professional engineering licensure in six states, Matt brings 20 years of experience across the civil engineering disciplines and land survey profession. His background includes geotechnical investigations, survey, rural development including preliminary planning, site plans, and infrastructure design for commercial, institutional, and community investments, structural inspections, construction administration, construction materials testing, industrial hygiene, environmental projects, and expert witness. Matt’s expertise extends to a wide array of project experience types, 12 years of mentorship in land survey, and close integration with the construction industry being raised in a commercial general construction family small business. Beyond his role at TD&H, Matt has served on his city council for the past eight years and continues as a board member for McKenzie County with Western Area Water Supply and McKenzie County Rural Water District.

Paul’s expertise extends to handling projects in regions prone to high seismic, wind, and snow or a combination thereof. Beyond his role at TD&H, Paul contributes to academia as an adjunct professor at Widener University teaching structural engineering undergraduate and graduate classes since 2014.
