With the aid of TD&H, a 123-acre elk-farm was transformed into a sports facility offering baseball, football, and soccer events as well as an RV park with 48 spaces. Services performed include survey and civil engineering, more specifically site layout, grading, water, sewer, roads,
and RV park design, in coordination with permitting and agency collaboration for Area Custom Farming/Austin REA. Future expansion includes additional soccer / football fields, to an expanded RV park and eventually, an indoor facility.
