TD&H Engineering served as structural engineer-of-record for the single-story 310’ x 1008’ speculative warehouse building. The construction was comprised of custom design open web steel joists, wide flange steel beams, precast concrete columns, and steel interior columns. The perimeter of the building is precast concrete column/foundations with precast concrete sandwich wall panels. The 8″ panels span horizontally between columns. The dock pits included precast concrete detailing and construction as well. TD&H Engineering provided specialty precast concrete engineering design and detailing services and produced all erection and fabrication drawings for the precast components.
