Great designs are only successful when executed according to plan. TD&H provides full construction administration to keep our client’s projects on track. Our work begins during the advertisement for bid and continues through the bidding process, construction, project close-out, and warranty period. TD&H maintains certified materials testing laboratories, including mobile labs that are available for testing-intensive projects. TD&H provides Construction Administration services as a part of a team effort. Members of the team include agents of the Owner, engineering consultants, TD&H employees, and the successful bidder. We ensure all parties understand the importance of providing quality work, timeliness, and following budget constraints. It has been our experience that by working together, the Owner will receive a quality product from TD&H.
