What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of projects across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing design calculations and technical analyses
  • Drafting and designing/modeling using AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Revit, or other discipline specific software
  • Preparing plans, specifications, and project documentation
  • Conducting construction inspection/testing, administration, and field work
  • Participate in project meetings and communicating technical details
  • Writing technical reports and communicating project details effectively
  • Learning local, state, and federal project requirements

Project Types
Your work will involve designing and managing projects such as:

  • Water, Sewer and Stormwater infrastructure
  • Roads & Highways
  • Subdivision and Commercial Site Development
  • Federal Government facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force projects)
  • Building and Structure Design
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems
  • Surveying Mapping, and Environmental Compliance

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated engineers who are passionate about design and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.S. in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Environmental, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited university
  • EIT certification preferred, or ability to obtain within one year
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong technical writing & verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, quality, and meeting deadlines
  • Prior internship or related experience a plus

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience,
education, and qualifications.
