What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Engineer, you will contribute to a variety of projects across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include:
- Performing design calculations and technical analyses
- Drafting and designing/modeling using AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Revit, or other discipline specific software
- Preparing plans, specifications, and project documentation
- Conducting construction inspection/testing, administration, and field work
- Participate in project meetings and communicating technical details
- Writing technical reports and communicating project details effectively
- Learning local, state, and federal project requirements
Project Types
Your work will involve designing and managing projects such as:
- Water, Sewer and Stormwater infrastructure
- Roads & Highways
- Subdivision and Commercial Site Development
- Federal Government facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force projects)
- Building and Structure Design
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems
- Surveying Mapping, and Environmental Compliance
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated engineers who are passionate about design and problem solving. The ideal candidate will have:
- B.S. in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Environmental, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited university
- EIT certification preferred, or ability to obtain within one year
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Strong technical writing & verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, quality, and meeting deadlines
- Prior internship or related experience a plus

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience,
education, and qualifications.
