ESGR Event in Butte, MT

TD&H participated in the Boss Lift Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) event on July 15th in Butte. As part of the event, we got to experience a ride in a Black Hawk helicopter. Very cool! We also received a TOTM (Tailored Operational Training Meal) to experience. Not quite as cool.

Why is support for the employer important? Almost half of our military force resides in the National Guard and Reserve. The men and women who serve in the Reserve Component are unique in that they also have civilian employers. Support of America’s employers and the employees they share with the Nation ensures the viability of the all-volunteer force, and thus our national security.
