How Are We Going to Pay for This?

question

You might be wondering how some of the more expensive projects in our portfolio get paid for.  Well some projects are simply a part of the budget for the city or municipality, but for most projects, it is part budget and part funding procurement; such as loans or grants.

TD&H Engineering has a long history of helping cities, towns, water districts, and many other clients receive funding for the projects that are vital to the success and livelihood of the citizens that live there.

We pride ourselves in helping from design conception all the way through construction and the finished project. What the average person might not see is someone like Michelle Bly.  She is our in house lead for business development and funding procurement.  She has over 17 years of extensive community and economic development, specializing in project development and financial assistance through grant/loan writing, administration and environmental compliance.
