Medstar Georgetown University Hospital- Surgical Pavilion- Washington, D.C.

TD&H is excited to see the near completion and recent photos of the new surgical pavilion.  TD&H provided specialty engineering for the 900 architectural precast concrete cladding pieces, their connections, and lifting and handling. The unique ‘V-shaped’ precast elements support terra cotta vanes and required special shipping and lifting frames.  Congratulations to Arban, Carosi & Diana Precast, LLC for the 2023 WBC Craftsmanship Award.
