NOVA Urgent Care & City Brew Site Development | Helena, Montana

TD&H provided geotechnical, survey (including pre- and post- ALTA), site civil and landscape design for an urgent care facility and coffee house on a shared lot. Design included preparing demolition plans of the existing buildings and construction plans for permitting through the City of Helena. Water, sewer, storm, site grading, landscape and irrigation plans were developed. Coordination with MDT to obtain an encroachment permit and update the existing approach permit was also provided. TD&H also facilitated a plat amendment to consolidate the six parcels that comprised the lot into two separate lots.
