James Whitbread

Jim has a vast and diverse background that encompasses civil, geotechnical and construction engineering, including roadways, environmental, hydrogeology, storm water, rock mechanics, landfill design, site plans, grading, and drainage.  Jim is a proficient roadway design engineer and construction administrator. He is skillful in completing specification, public administration, federal and state funded construction, and grand writing.  Jim holds his master’s degree in geological engineering from the University of Idaho.
