Project Spotlight: Bridge & 14th Streets Site Development

Location: Clarkston, WA

This multi-use development includes a hotel, commercial storage unit complex, and multiple duplex residential development. Due to its location along a busy commercial street, this project required extensive communication with the Washington Department of Transportation, City of Clarkston, and multiple utilities to make sure all requirements were met. We completed the topographic survey for the property including utilities, existing landscaping features, curb, and sidewalk. We also completed the civil design with site grading, storm water design, frontage improvements (curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt), site utility design, and Storm Water Management Plan. During construction we completed all construction staking including shallow utilities, deep utilities, grades, curb, and sidewalks.
