Project Spotlight: Schoolhouse Loop/Lower Columbia River Road Reconstruction

Client: Colville Confederated Tribes Department of Transportation

The Colville Confederated Tribes Department of Transportation manages approximately 960 miles of roads. TD&H was selected as one of the engineering firms to provide on-call transportation and surveying services for the Tribe. This $3.7 million project was a 3.4-mile complete road reconstruction project that utilized full depth reclamation and cement treated base rehabilitation. The project also included culvert replacement, asphalt pathway, and fiber optic installation. TD&H provided surveying services (via aerial drone), traffic engineering, storm water engineering, bidding assistance, construction administration, and project closeout.
