Flathead County Alternative Energy Facility

Flathead Electric Cooperative and the Flathead County Solid Waste District teamed together to build this alternative energy facility at the Flathead County Landfill. The facility will generate enough electricity to serve up to 900 households and will eventually grow to serve over 1,600. TD&H worked with SCS Energy to engineer the facility and provided civil/site engineering including storm drainage design, utility plans, structural and foundation design, construction administration and inspection, and materials testing.
