The Brookwood Subdivision included 25 lots on 4.9 acres in the Fruitland City limits. The project included city/council approval, civil and construction engineering, including streets, drainage, sewer, water, irrigation, storm water, fencing, grading, and drainage for the development while meeting the City’s standards.
