TD&H designed a modern apartment building to serve Gonzaga University students. The unique entryway was framed with steel in the shape of a “G” and the main floor has a large spacious area with a kitchen, media pit, and open areas. TD&H reviewed architectural drawings, provided a structural design analysis report and calculations, and conducted construction administration services.
