The City of Libby faces many environmental challenges due to several hazardous facilities including National Priority List sites, one Resource Conservation and Control Act site, and several sites with leaking underground storage tanks. The City needed an amendment to their PER and applied for grant funding. TD&H wrote an amendment to the City’s existing PER and applied for Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) Grant. The TSEP grant achieved the number one ranking in 2018 and will result in $750,000 in funding for the project. TD&H is assisting the City of Libby with other grant applications.
