Montana State University Residence Halls: Hyalite Halls and Yellowstone Hall

TD&H Engineering provided a multidiscipline scope of services for two new residence halls on the MSU campus. TD&H provided soil investigation, survey, design, and construction of roads, sidewalks, parking lots, water and sewer infrastructure, storm drain piping and ponds, and landscape design for each 400+ bed residence hall.  Our services extended into construction where we performed construction staking, bridge 310 permitting, water and sewer main testing, special inspection including daily reporting and fire proofing inspections, asphalt, concrete and density materials testing.  Yellowstone Hall is LEED certified and was awarded Best On-Campus Design from the MSU Student Housing Business Office.
