Roof raised and retrofit of an existing 7UP Bottling and distribution plant. The rear 110,000SF single-story warehouse and front two-story office was temporarily braced to complete an 8’-0” raise of the entire existing roof structure to provide 30’-0” clear inside the building. The front two-story office was shortened and converted to an open clear single-story space. A new lateral system for the entire building was designed and installed including elevated steel brace frames for optimized conveyor style racking. New building and site elements
included: site retaining walls, entrance ramps and stairs, loading docks, exterior facade. TD&H was involved in all aspects of design and construction with site visits and investigations to provide continuous contractor support for evolving site and building conditions.
