TD&H is currently providing project management, final design, construction administration, and grant writing/administration for Simms Wastewater Collection System and Treatment Facility Improvements. Phase I included television inspection and I&I investigation of the entire system, sewer main replacement and manhole rehabilitation, lift station pump, mechanical systems and emergency generator replacement, valve vault, electrical and controls improvements. The second phase, currently under design, will rehabilitate existing lagoon treatment and spray irrigation facilities including reconstructing 3 existing basins, installation of synthetic liners, replacing control structures and installing a center-pivot spray irrigation system. TD&H is responsible for preparation of the PER and updates successful DNRC, TSEP, CDBG and Rural Development grant applications and grant administration for both construction phases.
