Sterling Savings Bank Sidewalk/Drainage Design

This project was led by 3E Design, who brought TD&H onto their team to design the sidewalk and develop a drainage plan for the renovation of this branch of the Sterling Savings Bank in downtown Spokane. TD&H provided design services for the curb, gutter, and sidewalk, along with a street drainage plan. TD&H provided liaison services for the client with the engineering staff at the City of Spokane. Along with providing design services, TD&H conducted a topographic survey and identified easement and right-of-way issues for this project in a congested urban area.
