TD&H provided site/civil design services for the parking lot renovation. The project included retrofitting the existing storm drain conveyance system with a storm water quality BMP device to meet the requirements of the Montana Pollution Discharge Elimination System (MPDES) MS4 Phase II Stormwater Management Plan for the City of Kalispell.
