The 3,400 square foot single-story municipal building consists of a combination of wood bearing walls, interior steel girders and wood roof trusses. The wood truss were designed to accommodate an 1,100 square foot attic office space nestled in the webs of the trusses. TD&H Engineering provided structural design, drawings, and construction administration.
