TD&H assisted Titan Oilfield Services with the expansion of their business into Watford City, the heart of the Bakken with site development of 10-acres and construction of their new 14,000 sq. ft. facility in the zoning jurisdiction of Watford City. Site civil services included topographical survey, platting, coordination with planning and zoning, preliminary layouts, earthwork optimization, onsite sewer treatment design, stormwater calculations, design, and sizing, approach permitting, utility coordination, landscape design, as well as design for the adjacent city street access improvements.
