What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and
driving engineering solutions.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects
• Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff
• Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
• Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed
• Leading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagement

Project types:
Your work will involve designing and managing projects such as:
• Water Distribution & Sewer Collection Systems
• Stormwater Infrastructure
• Roads and Highways
• Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems
• Subdivision Land Development
• Commercial Site Design
• Federal Government Facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force Projects)
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for motivated engineers who are passionate about civil design and problem-solving. The ideal
candidate will have:
• B.S. Degree in Engineering (Civil focus preferred) from an Accredited University
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure required
• 6+ years of experience in Civil Engineering

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience
• Ability to Multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience Living or Working in Montana is a plus
