Wade DeBoo Named President and CEO of TD&H Engineering

TD&H Engineering is pleased to announce Wade DeBoo, P.E. and Principal, as the new President and CEO of the company.

DeBoo, a member of the TD&H team since 2000, will oversee operations from the company’s main office in Great Falls, Montana. He replaces retiring President and CEO David Crawford.

“I am excited at the opportunity to step into the position of President and CEO of TD&H Engineering. This employee-owned company has a long history of success as a result of many hard-working former and current employees,” said DeBoo.

DeBoo brings 24 years of engineering and management experience to the firm. He has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on hydraulics, and during his tenure, has provided design, construction management, grant writing/administration, and project management for numerous public and private utility, storm drain, roadway, site design and subdivision projects.

“I look forward to the future and am honored to have been elected the leader of such a well-respected organization,” DeBoo added. “Collectively we can make it even more successful and rewarding.”

TD&H bids a fond farewell to David Crawford, retiring after 26 years with the company.

“The 26 years I have spent working at TD&H have shown me this company is built on a solid foundation of great people,” Crawford said. “This company has given me the chance to invest in something that provided not only interesting professional and technical challenges, but relationships with fellow colleagues, clients and my community.”
