Montana State University Rendezvous Dining Pavilion

The new Rendezvous Dining Pavilion modernized the way food is prepared and served; in the open rather than behind closed walls. TD&H provided a multidiscipline scope of services for the new 25,000 sq. ft. dining hall structure. Major design components included extension of MSU’s underground utility tunnel network to the building, upgraded major pedestrian walkways for ADA accessibility, rerouted existing utilities, improved service drives and parking lots, and provided storm water design that met LEED criteria. Design of the irrigation system included coordinating the irrigation with the existing MSU irrigation system, extending large main lines to loop the system, mainline design for project specific irrigation, lateral layout, head spacing and bubbler design for planting beds. TD&H provided construction drawings and specifications for the project. This wide-ranging project scope highlighted TD&H’s ability to provide services in multiple disciplines and phases on a major construction project for the campus.
