Civil engineering broadly describes several disciplines, including land and site development, stormwater, water, and wastewater systems, subdivisions and water resources. Civil engineering primarily involves the analysis and design of infrastructure that is vital to our everyday lives.

TD&H municipal engineers provide local governments with innovative and sustainable solutions to address regulatory compliance issues, aging infrastructure and growth.  Our collective team has extensive experience negotiating permitting requirements, preparing design and construction documents, and providing construction oversight to ensure improvements are completed to the expectations of the engineer, review authority, and ultimately the utility owner.
