Heavy accumulated snowfall caused the collapse of the upper roof on the Havre High School. Water leaking through the original flat roof below dislodged asbestos-containing ceiling plaster and contaminated the library and adjacent rooms of the school. Asbestos-trained school personnel erected an initial containment. TD&H provided perimeter air monitoring and air monitoring and clearance testing inside the containment while an asbestos abatement contractor cleaned the area and stabilized the asbestos-containing material.
